We offer an excellent, low latency, high availability network with no busy signals and no oily residue.  Our network is multihomed between two of the largest Internet backbone companies: Sprint and Cable & Wireless.  Data primarily traverses the Sprint backbone.  If Sprint goes down, then traffic will be rerouted automatically through Cable & Wireless.

These accounts are un-metered -- you are not charged for the time you spend online.  These accounts are intended for use by a single individual at a time.  They may not be used for unattended operations, such as running a web server, a file exchange, an Internet radio station, etc.  They may also not be used to share access between computers in a commercial setting.  We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service.  If you are on all day, every day, then we will probably suggest that you sign up for a dedicated access account. :)

Your first bill will be for an entire month of service, your second bill will be prorated based on the day you signed up.  For instance, if you sign up on the 15th for $17.99/mo, then your first bill will be for $17.99 and your second bill will arrive soon after for $9.00 due on the first of the next month.  The first payment is due 7 days after account activation.  Subsequent payments are due by the first of the month, in advance of service.  Failure to make payments may result in suspension of services.

Personal web sites may not be used for home-based businesses or any other commercial purpose.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  Sign up for an account to try us out.  If you're not satisfied, cancel within five days and we will not bill you.
